Awards Dinner tickets

 

At the annual British Horse Foundation Awards Dinner, held in January each year, two prestigious awards are presented, as detailed below.

 

Horse & Hound Outstanding Mare Award


This prestigious award is presented to the breeder or associate of the mare who, in the opinion of the relevant equestrian sport discipline, the Awards Committee and Horse & Hound, has made an outstanding contribution to British breeding.

The winner of the Horse & Hound Outstanding Mare Award 2018, Rubinsteena (Rubinstein 1 x Dujana), owned by Sarah Oppenheimer, Headmore Stud and bred by Christian Heinrich, can be seen to the right.  The winners of the Award from 2012 to 2018 can be seen in our Outstanding Mare Award Roll of Honour.

The winner of the Award for 2019 will be announced at the British Horse Foundation Awards Dinner on Saturday 11 January 2020.

 

Stallion AI Services Meritoire Award


This prestigious award is presented to the person who, in the opinion of the Awards Committee, has made an outstanding lifetime contribution to the performance sport horse and pony breeding industry.

The winner of the Stallion AI Services Meritoire Award 2018, Jennie Loriston-Clarke MBE FBHS NPSD, can be seen to the right with her award. The winners from 2012 to 2018 can be found in our Meritoire Award Roll of Honour.

The winner of the Award in 2019 will be announced at the British Horse Foundation Awards Dinner on Saturday 11 January 2020.
